At EXPO Elementary, we have a WINN (What I Need Now & Next) teacher who co-plans alongside the classroom teachers. A WINN teacher's role is to provide daily differentiated small-group phonics and reading instruction to support the core instruction during their literacy block. This individualized instruction will help students grow even more in their reading skills.
